About

1) Remove the current ICC suspension and develop a working relationship with the parent body.

2) Pursue strategic national marketing, sponsorship and other revenue opportunities for the sport – these funds can be deployed into for example programs and assets to develop better national teams.

3) Ensure the USACA accounting and control practices are compliant with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and that financial information for informed decision making is readily available on an electronic accounting package, and very importantly for financial accountability and transparency.

4) Quickly devolve power to the regional administrations to run regional cricket, while using the reach of the national organization to share best practices between regions as needed. USACA will be most successful working with around eight to a dozen regions.

5) Set up an educational process to share best practices across regions for incorporation, fund raising and local asset development.

6) Initiate a detailed quasi-academic study of the development of other sports in the US to learn models to successfully grow the sport and avoid mistakes made by other sports.
